Custom Fit
The Vista 464 TLSO and Vista 637 LSO can be easily customized to properly fit each user. The braces feature convenient height adjustment technology that don’t require the use of any tools. The height can be adjusted from 13.7 inches to 21.5 inches. They also feature a sure slot system which allows the waist to be expanded from 26 inches to 60 inches, to accommodate for varying patient profiles. The Aspen Extension Panel is sold separately to provide users with 10 extra inches of waist coverage.

The Vista 464 TLSO and Vista 637 LSO braces have a wound window that opens at the lower lumbar. This allows users and practitioners can easily view the sight of the injury, without applying additional pressure on the area. It also features a rotating wheel tightening system. Progressive Brace
The TLSO and LSO braces work as a progressive system that is designed to help patients recover from lumbar injuries. Patients may start with the Vista 464 and downgrade to the Vista 637 LSO as they begin to heal. The thoracolumbosacral orthosis braces provide patients different levels of comfortable, stabilizing support.
