Total Gym LEX
This gym machine is designed for toning muscles and recovering from injuries or surgery. The inclined ramp uses from 40-80% of the user’s body weight for lower body training. The LEX provides both concentric and accelerated eccentric loading of the muscles for a complete exercise experience.
Lower EX-tremity (LEX)
The Total Gym LEX is designed to help athletes and patients recover from a variety of lower body injuries. The LEX accommodates a wide range of exercises including micro-movements of the ankle, knee and hip joint workouts, and explosive plyometrics. It provides progressive workouts that can help users build strength and rehab lower body injuries.
Rehab and Recovery
The Total Gym LEX is built to promote a safe and successful recovery process. The pneumatic brake gives the seat an even glide when slowing to protect the joints while working out.
