Neoprene Sleeve with Open Patella
RolyanFit Knee Sleeve is a neoprene compression sleeve with open knee design for added comfort around the patella. The knee sleeve is indicated for soft tissue knee injuries including sprains, strains, ligament instability and patellar tendonitis. For proper use, grasp the edges of the sleeve at the larger opening and pull sleeve on to the knee so that the opening of the knee is centered on the knee cap.

The knee sleeve is designed to provide therapeutic warmth, compression and support to the knee joint area. The open cutout over the patella helps improve patella tracking, which in turn helps reduce knee pain. Made of neoprene, this knee support retains body heat and provides even compression without restricting your knee mobility.

The RolyanFit Knee Sleeve is available in multiple sizes including: Small (15" - 17.5”), Medium (17.5" - 19.5"), Large (19.5" - 22.5"), X-Large (22.5" - 24.5") and XX-Large (24.5" - 27"). To determine the size right for you, measure circumference 6 inches above the mid patella. Measuring 13” in length, the sleeve can be hand washed in cold water with mild detergent and air dried.
