The thin and light construction of Replicare Ultra conforms well to patients' contours. Replicare Ultra is easy to use, even in awkward areas such as the heel, toes and sacrum. Good absorbency and high permeability, making it ideal for light to moderately exuding wounds. Breathable backing film helps to create and maintain a moist wound environment to promote faster healing, and allows excess moisture to pass through the structure to manage exudate. Backing film is waterproof and prevents fluid strikethrough. The dressing provides a barrier to bacterial strikethrough. No need for a secondary dressing. Replicare Ultra has an all over adhesive for superior durability and security.
