The Heel-Gel elevation boot is designed to completely eliminate pressure and friction on the heel and its surrounding areas by suspending the heel over an air cavity which offers maximized air circulation. This heel suspension provides relief and maximum prevention from pressure, sores, and also heel existing ulcers. The gel pack can be utilized to offer further pressure prevention and offers hot/cold therapy options for the therapist. New closure system provides choice of two ways to secure the boot: 1. Both straps across the ankle. 2. One strap across the ankle and the other strap over the foot. This option should be utilized when the patients foot is unstable or tends to move rearward in the boot.
