Medi-Dyne ProStretch Products: Provide relief from three of the top five running injuries including Plantar Fasciitis, Achilles Tendonitis, IT Band Syndrome, Runner's Knee and Shin Splints. Optimally position user to isolate and stretch gastrocsoleus, anterior tibialis, and hamstring musculature, plantar fascia and Achilles tendon. User controls degree of stretch which helps limit guarding.
ProStretch Plus: The patented ProStretch Plus rocker design allows the user to completely control the amount of the stretch. The unique combination of the ProStretch Plus heel rest, wider platform and rocker bottom automatically holds the foot in the optimal position for achieving a safe and effective stretch.
ProStretch Plus allows users to increase or decrease the degree of stretch, enabling users to progress their stretch as they become stronger and more flexible.
ProStretch Plus includes a removable toe lift for advanced stretching. The exclusive removable toe lift delivers maximum toe and Plantar fascia stretching. ProStretch Plus has a larger platform that provides increased comfort and stability.
