Versa Strength Series

The Versa Strength Series offers a wide variety of upper-body, lower-body, and core single-station exercise machines. This versatile series gives the option to build a personalized clinical or personal strength training space. The Versa Strength Series includes exercise placards, converging/diverging motion machines, and incremental weights. Exercise placards are reference cards that are easy to read, target muscle groups, and provide proper machine use instructions. Converging/diverging motions encourage an enhanced natural path of motion. Incremental weights are easy to access from a seated position, and allow you to easily adjust your strength training. Gas-assisted seat adjustments offer a smooth, instant adjustment, with a 4-bar linkage for increased stability.

Upper Body Series

The upper body exercise machines include the Converging Chest Press, Pectoral Fly/ Rear Delt, Converging Shoulder Press, Diverging Lat Pulldown, Diverging Seated Row, Biceps Curl, and Tricep Press stations. The Converging Chest Press is easy to enter and exit, and features an adjustable start position for increased range of motion. The Pectoral Fly/ Rear Delt station features a forward-facing design to enhance comfort, and a wide motion for improved dual function. The Converging Shoulder Press features counterbalanced pressing arms that provide a natural path of motion. The Diverging Lat Pull features an angled seat and thigh pads that are easily adjusted for comfort and stability. The Diverging Seated Row station features rotating grips that provide maximum comfort and range of motion. The Biceps Curl machine includes optimized pivot locations that allow a biomechanically correct range of motion. The Triceps Press features an angled back pad for improved stabilization and comfort.

Lower Body Series

The lower body series includes Leg Press/ Calf Press, Leg Extension, Seated Leg Curl, Hip Adductor/ Abductor, and Glute single-station exercise machines. The Leg Press/ Calf Press is a one-handed station that provides smooth adjustments, a low step-over height for easy access, and a foot plate that indicates where your feet should be placed. The Leg Extension station features a pivoting location, self-adjusting tibia pad, and an angled seat for full quadriceps contraction. The Seated Leg Curl includes an adjustable thigh pad, tibie pad, range-of-motion adjustments, and an angled seat for full hamstring contraction. The Hip Adductor/ Abductor is a dual-function machine that saves space, increases functionality, is easy to adjust, and offers excellent lumbar support. The Glute single-station is an upright machine that features an adjustable chest pad, a low step-height platform, and contoured elbow pads for enhanced comfort.

Core Series

The core and back series includes Back Extensions and Abdominal single-stations. The Back Extension features a contoured back pad that enhances comfort and station effectiveness. The Abdominal station is a 3-position exerciser that trains abdominals and obliques for exercise variety and core rotation. The ergonomic back pad enhances range of motion and increases comfort.
