Tylenol Cold + Flu Severe Day/Night Caplets offer temporary relief from cold and flu symptoms. Daytime caplets are designed to ease symptoms like headache, sore throat, nasal congestion, and cough by loosening phlegm. Nighttime caplets aid in alleviating runny nose, sneezing, headache, cough, sore throat, nasal congestion, sinus congestion, and pressure. Both formulas also help reduce fever temporarily, providing relief throughout the day. This convenient combo pack contains 24 caplets, including 16 Daytime caplets and 8 Nighttime caplets. Each caplet contains 325 mg of acetaminophen, 5 mg of phenylephrine HCl, and 10 mg of dextromethorphan HBr. Daytime caplets additionally contain 200 mg of guaifenesin, while Nighttime caplets contain 2 mg of chlorpheniramine maleate.
