Heelift AFO offers a unique combination of benefits not found in other AFO products safety, customization, ambulation with assistance, and is washable/autoclavable. Semi-rigid polypropylene shell controls the ankle's position and motion while allowing for limited weight-bearing. Allows for patient-specific customization with the spare pad with adhesive (included) to control external rotation. The 5-cm beveled fixed pad elevates heel and protects the Achilles tendon. Nonslip traction sole allows limited weight bearing while preventing slippage. Wash in a net or mesh laundry bag, or autoclave for sterility.
