It saves the facility the time and money associated with sending in their Heat Sealer for repair. The facility will no longer have to be without a Heat Sealer or request a loaner while theirs is out for repair. However, if a facility does not have a maintenance person capable of doing the repairs, Healthmark will still repair a facilitys Heat Sealer and provide a loaner unit. The Kit Includes: 2 Insulation Strips, 2 Slide Strips, 2 Timing Belts, 3 Timing Belt Pulleys, 1 Tyvek Pressure Roller, 1 USB Drive. Healthmark also offers Heat Sealer Calibration for the Famos F108 Heat Sealer model. This service allows healthcare facilities to send Healthmark their Heat Sealer for routine calibration as needed. Successful seals are created by controlling the key parameters: temperature, speed and force. According to ANSI/AAMI/ISO 11607-2, these critical parameters need to be routinely controlled and monitored. Our F108 models are equipped with parameter control for constant monitoring of the temperature, speed and pressure. The calibration service ensures the machine maintains these parameter controls. Loaner F108 heat sealers are available to rent while your sealer is in for calibration and/or service.
