MR-Compatible BabyFix Hand-Vacuum Pumps are MR Conditional to 3T. For ease of operation, think of a reverse bicycle pump; instead of pushing the shaft down to force air in, you pull the rod out to remove air. The pump's tube end fits into the attachment tube on the BabyFix Cocoon.
