The inflatable roll easily slides through a contracted hand when the string is pulled. To promote extension, the bladder can be inflated to the size the individual wants. With the Comfy Air Hand Roll Orthosis, finger flexion contractures are reduced as well as plantar maceration. It places thumb in opposition as well. To help prevent skin breakdown and moisture absorption, the cover is treated with Dri-release and Freshguard material.
