Excellent Thumb Immobilization
The Chrisofix® Thumb (Skier’s Thumb) Orthosis provides excellent support for typical sport injuries, including tennis, golf, or several other sport related activities where the thumb can get injured, splayed or dislocated. The orthosis offers effective immobilization of the I.metacarpophalangeal (I.MCP) joint and partial immobilization of the thumb saddle joint.
Specially Designed Material
With its special corrugated aluminum core, the Chrisofix® Thumb Orthosis offers efficient immobilization of the thumb and supports it in a resting position. The additional support of the Premium Forte version includes aluminum in the strap for more advanced stability, ensuring POP-like stable circular fixation. The orthosis incorporates textile straps with medical-grade Velcro,layers of perforated medical-grade cotton and foam, and a laminated velour coating for secure support that stays comfortable.
Aid Pain Relief with a Precise Fit
The unique corrugated aluminum core with moldable memory metal offers customized support. To accommodate changes in swelling, the moldable metal allows for readjustments for a contoured fit without removing the orthosis. To size, measure the width of the palm.
