Immobilize the DIP Joint
In certain cases of sprains or strains, fractures of the fingertips, injuries of the extensor tendons of the fingertips, arthritis or pain in the end joint of the finger, the Chrisofix® Mallet Finger Splint is enough to immobilize the end joint (distal interphalangeal) of the affected finger. Thanks to the innovative design of the Chrisofix® splint it secures appropriate positioning and stability while ensuring comfort and precise fitting.
Features an Aluminum Core
The Mallet Finger Splint offers effective immobilization of the tip of the finger without impeding the function of the rest of the hand. The Premium version includes a moldable aluminum core layered in breathable, perforated cotton and foam, allowing for a personalized fit. It is finished with velour-coated polyethylene foam and secured with textile straps to ensure both comfort and stability during daily activities.
