The CanDo Slim WaTE Weighted Exercise Bars are the tool you need and want in therapy, fitness, aerobics, yoga and Pilates to increase strength and range-of-motion. They also work well to improve endurance, balance and motor skills. Including weighted bars in an exercise routine burns calories, increases balance and improves flexibility. So versatile, the WaTE  bars can be used in a supine, sitting or standing position. Additionally, the bars are a terrific addition to circuit and interval classes, kickboxing, martial arts, weightlifting and aerobics. Available individually or in multi-bar sets, the bars are color-coded with most full pound bars a solid color and half-pound bars striped. This bar is Red and weighs 3 lbs.
