Blue Pouch Seal Integrity Test

Pouch Seal Integrity Test : Designed to test the integrity of seals on either paper/poly or Tyvek /poly packaging material, the Pouch Seal Integrity Test checks for an intact seal, punctures, tears and open seals of heat seal and self-seal pouches. The Pouch Seal Integrity Test is packed in an aluminum package to protect the ink against light influences, and does not use any pipettes or other objects, so it will not damage the seal. The test allows the user to verify the effective sealing of pouches by checking for leakage or migration of blue (paper/poly) or red (Tyvek) Methylene. Simply, place the test in a pouch before its sealed. Once sealed, press the test in the direction of the arrow, and then hold the test in a straight position with the seal downwards.
