MRI Stretcher Replacement Cover When your stretcher pad is still going strong but its cover is showing wear and tear, use our replacement covers to make it look as good as new. Available in our most popular size, 24"W x76"L.  Fits snugly over your existing stretcher pad. Hidden hook-and-loop closure and waterfall design eliminate all top seams for better infection control. Conductive, bacteriostatic, black vinyl cover retains its shape. Hook and loop strips secure the pad to the stretcher.
