Comfortable Splint for Injury Recovery
The Air Soft Resting Hand Splint is designed to comfortably support the fingers, thumb, and wrist in a functional/resting position. The soft splint allows for simple adjustments of the wrist or thumb by the clinician or patient. This simple and safe to use support is indicated for post-surgery/injury positioning, arthritis, wrist drop, and finger flexor tightness. It is not recommended for situations where moderate to severe spasticity is present.
Adjustable with Self-Wicking Liner
The Resting Hand Splint is suitable for all-day support. It is made with latex-free materials to prevent irritation during wear and is lined with self-wicking material. That means the splint helps control dampness from sweat. At the end of the day, the hand-washable Air Soft splint is easy to clean for daily use.
Ideal for Progressive Splinting
The malleable aluminum frame allows for static progressive splinting, allowing up to 60° wrist flexion and extension. It is adjustable with no tools or heat and softly padded for superior comfort. For proper sizing, measure the hand width at the MP joints. The padded splint is available in three different sizes: small (2-1/4" – 2-3/4"), medium (2-7/8" – 3-1/4"), and large, (3-1/4" – 3-3/4").
