Adjustable Heel Lift raise the base of the foot to help relieve pressure & correct
leg discrepancies while walking or running. They are made with three layers of
extra firm, open-cell foam rubber.

Uneven Leg Length Relief

Adjustable Heel Lifts are placed in the heel of a shoe to raise the base of the foot when walking or running. This helps correct leg length inequalities and can be used by individuals with painful heel spurs. It has also proved effective in the treatment of some foot and ankle conditions such as plantar fasciitis, heel spurs, and Achilles tendonitis.

Available in Multiple Sizes

With a height of 1/8", choose from three different sizes: small, medium, and large. The heel lifts are simple to use, just peel one or both removable layers to adjust the height precisely to your needs. It is recommended that you replace the heel lift inserts every 2-3 months, as wear and tear and constant compression reduce the effectiveness of the lift. The heel lifts are sold individually.
