Filter shade number 80 - plum - is an extra dark filter which allows in only 3% of visible light, has 100% ultraviolet protection and is a general purpose filter for glare protection and enhanced visual acuity. It also features blue blocker protection. This often recommended for people with Retinitis Pigmentosa for its glare control and contrast enhancement. This retro wrap around frame measures 130mm x 140mm x 44mm is designed to wrap closely around the face for close protection and light blocking.
