Thanks to the CanDo WalSlide Slim, CanDo exercise bands and tubing just got a whole lot more versatile and effective. The WalSlide Slim is a wall-mounted, lightweight exercise station for use with resistance exercise bands and tubing. The 36" long, lightweight channel is attached to the wall at the studs. The adjustable band and tubing anchor, which is included,  glides along the center channel and can be locked in place at any height along the channel. The WalSlide is ideal for upper-body workouts that can be as strenuous or as easy as the patient prefers. The unit is fantastic for decreasing shoulder pain and increasing shoulder range-of-motion. Because both the unit and the anchor are height adjustable, the WalSlide can also be used for lower body workouts targeting the ankles, knees and hips. So simple to install needing only a screwdriver to make adjustments, the WalSlide is a terrific addition to any home gym. Please note, this is the WalSlide Slim Exercise Station only. Exercise bands, tubing and mounting hardware is available separately. Compatible with exercise band and tubing accessories such as fitness bars and handles. Raising and lowering the anchor changes the difficulty and effectiveness of the exercise being performed. Can be used standing or sitting, allowing users to focus their work on the upper or lower body and advance at a pace comfortable to them. While designed to work with CanDo brand exercise tubing and bands, the WalSlide Slim will work with nearly all exercise tubing and bands. Easy to clean needing just a warm damp cloth and some mild soap
